CHRIS DE LA ROSA
Partner, Lead Designer
Christopher J. De La Rosa graduated with a BA in psychology with an emphasis on research. He has since gone on to do graphic design for entertainment, most notably MGM Worldwide Television and Netflix. He has done design and production art for Netflix Original Programming, including Altered Carbon; producing convention graphics, billboards and print ads. Other titles include Stranger Things, The Crown, Marvel’s Punisher, The Defenders and Jessica Jones. His work has been printed in publications, such as Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, and Variety and on billboards in major media markets globally. Across the multiple publishing companies he has been a part of, he has over 25 books published from a range of talented authors and some of entertainment's most influential concept artists.

IVAN VAN NORMAN
Partner, Marketing Manager
Ivan has worked in every field of the entertainment industry, and started, like many, in a mailroom. One of the first to start advising companies on crowdfunding, he also pioneered the exploration of RPG "liveplay" shows at places like Critical Role and Geek & Sundry. His has extensive experience in all the columns of multi-level marketing and is noted personality in nerd/hobby gaming culture as both a producer and host.

CALEB CLEVELAND
Art Director
Caleb has a distinctive vision and eye that brings a quality to Hunters that are only achieved in some of the industries leading publishers. An art instructor at LCAD, Caleb has done pieces for Farscape, Call of Cthulhu, and Dungeons & Dragons. He can emulate any style, and his passion knows no bounds.
