The utopian city-nation of Icarus tweeters on the edge! Players come together to make their own version of the city-nation Icarus in a GM-less card and dice driven system. Then learn how and why their Icarus falls. All in the space of 90 minutes.
Icarus is the ideal "Session 0" for Outbreak: Undead.. campaigns, or any campaign set in the post-apocalypse! Allowing players to explore both key characters in Icarus’s doom and their own unique world.
